Smoking through a bong is also done in build mode. Rolling a joint or blunt must be done in build mode. Once selected, choose the strain in your inventory and get to rolling.
If you choose to roll a joint or blunt, you can purchase papers from the headshop and use them from your inventory. Sims 4 lets you consume cannabis any way you want.
